Micro Needling
Micro Needling or microneedling is a new scalpel-free facelift technique for facial rejuvenation, and the treatment of wrinkles, scars, ages and sun spots, and stretch marks.
The micro needling technique that we use comes from Brazil. Unlike the classic needling, it is a new non-surgical and non-invasive technique, without scalpel facelift, ideal for facial skin rejuvenation and for the treatment of wrinkles, acne scars or wounds, and stretch marks.
Micro Needling: what is it? What is micro needling?
It is referred to in many ways: dermal needling, micropuncture, micro needling, dermal stimulation or microneedling. It represents the evolution of traditional peeling and it is a new technique that, in the United States, is becoming increasingly popular also for its positive results.
It is characterized by the stimulation of the dermis through a special technology, and special operations, that allow you to prick the skin without feeling pain and without trauma.
At the base of micro needling, there is a simple idea: the technique tries to replicate what happens when the body gets injured. When we get hurt and the wound is bleeding, our body reacts with a series of processes aimed at repairing the skin immediately. These repair processes, that also involve enzymes and proteins, form the basis of micro needling: cicatrization and reconstruction of damaged tissue through the production of collagen and elastin. The term needling comes actually from “needle”, hence the micro needling technique aims to create tiny stimulations in wrinkles, scars or stretch marks that activate the reconstruction process. In this process, the body produces collagen and elastin in order to repair the hyperstimulated skin.
